Juliano de Oliveira is an executive with over 30 years of broad cross-border transactional experience representing some top companies. Juliano's practice focused on domestic and international corporative advising in sales and marketing matters, joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers & acquisitions, and trade.

As a top executive, he helped several Latin American companies develop and implement their corporate strategy and internationalization. He is a trusted advisor to some of the leading Steel companies in their international expansions, primarily in Brazil.

Prior to launching SIS Intelligence, he acted as Executive Director for CSN Steel, the second-biggest steel multinational company in Brazil, playing an essential role as a board member both in U.S. and Europe. He acted as CEO at Loma Negra, the biggest cement producer in Argentina with more than 46% of the market share. As General Manager of Cauê, the 3rd cement producer in Brazil, Juliano led Loma Negra's acquisition by Cauê. Having concluded the purchase, as CEO, he guaranteed to implement the plan designed for the operation.

Juliano holds two SEC certifications "Series 82 and SIE", a Geologist Bachelor's degree from UNISINOS – RS, a HARVARD PMD (Program for Management Development), and a Geo Mathematics Geostatistical Graduated at an iconic Federal University of OURO PRETO – MG. He is fluent in English and Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.
